Cotton soft cheese cake ♥


This is the most successful cake I ever made yippee :D

because... I still don't have an oven!! grrr!!!!

Due to some of reasons are.... Bla bla bla... Blaaaaa~ right! I Don't want to mention it here :p

I use the method of Carol老师海绵杯子蛋糕to bake my cake, the results are BRILLIANT!! Many thanks to Carol!

I made some changes of her steps (sorry Carol :p) because my 'oven' is so special LOL~



let get start♥




Small pack English butter (can get this from MC Donald's while you having MC d breakfast) and small tub extra light soft cheese (I BOUGHT IT from sainsbury)




2 Oz low gluten flour and 2 oz sugar




Yo!! I knew that!! This is to make sushi^^ but still can use it on others thing... Just add few drops vinegar to the eggs white :)



Right... Completed ingredients means... See my cake see my cake!! Wow!! Nice one! Yummy ♥
